My core belief is simple: within a trusting therapeutic relationship, profound healing and growth are possible. My role is to be your guide and support as you move toward a more peaceful, fulfilling, and authentic life.
Nearly two decades of my experience have shown me that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to well-being. I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches and typically use an integrative approach - tools selected from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered approach, and motivational interviewing techniques.
Having built my life between cultures, I have a deep appreciation for the unique experiences of both expatriates and Czech nationals. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Czech and am dedicated to understanding the cultural nuances that shape our lives and our mental health.
