To ensure the highest level of professional services I am bound by a code of ethics. I comply with the Code of Ethics of the Česka Asociace pro Psychoterapii (ČAP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

All information shared by the client and all treatment records pertaining to the client are completely  confidential. There are only a few exceptions to confidentiality; specifically, when the clinician believes that the client represents a danger to themselves (e.g. suicide) or others (e.g. harm, neglect, abuse); when mandated by law (e.g. court order), or in supervision (including peer supervision) - it is a standard practice to review and discuss cases in order to improve one's standard of care while keeping client's identity anonymous.

A session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellation is charged at the full rate .

Prague Counseling is a private practice that does not work with insurance companies at this time. Payment is expected prior to or at the end of a session via QR code or bank transfer to acc. no. 3125175019/3030
